Project Quality Management is a 130 minute on-line learning module that covers all aspects of project quality as defined by The Association for Project Management (APM Body of Knowledge V6). The APM defines quality management as a discipline for ensuring the outputs, benefits and the processes, by which they are delivered, meet stakeholder requirements and are fit for purpose.

Who is it aimed at?
The Project Quality Management Module is aimed at all those who need an appreciation of project planning in a project context. As one of the 3 critical aspects of project management (cost, schedule & quality) a good understanding is critical to project success.
At the end of the module the learner will understand all aspects of quality management in a project environment. The module also provides the project quality management content required for those planning to work towards a professional qualification.
