Who is it aimed at?
The Project Scope Management Module is aimed at all those who need to understand how a project’s scope is defined & managed (including change) throughout the project lifecycle. Poorly managed scope is a regular cause of project failure so this module is useful to anyone who needs to understand the management of what is, or is not, part of the scope of a project and how change should be managed.
At the end of the module the learner will understand all aspects of scope management in a project environment. The module also provides the project scope management content required for those planning to work towards a professional qualification.
