Study for the APM PFQ online. This APM Project Management Fundamentals online option does not include an exam.
This course will help individuals recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The objectives will be supported and extended by engaging the delegates with an appropriate case study, providing the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the tools and techniques through use and experience.
APM PFQ is a great starting point for project personnel to begin their journey to becoming recognised in their profession. The APM Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ – the next qualification level after the APM PFQ) is a widely recognised certification for Project Management Professionals and it is a pretty hard exam. The APM PFQ puts you in the right place to begin studying for further APM qualifications. The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification is a terminology and definitions -based certification. It teaches the language that the APM use in their Body of Knowledge. Knowing this “language” – the terms, the definitions, the basic project life-cycle that the APM refer to – means that you will be able to understand both what the APM are asking and also how to answer the questions that you will face when you move up to the APM PMQ.
Before studying for the APM PMQ, we strongly recommend that you either take the APM PFQ exam, or at least study the material for it.
